Terms and conditions applicable to our transfer services between main entry points and destinations.

Transfers Costa Blanca is the trading name on the Internet of Cano Lucas Tours SL, located at C / Mar de Liguria 10, Urb. El Tossal, 03530 La Nucia, Alicante, and registered with CIF number: B-37340270.

The following terms and conditions are applied by us as set out in the contractor agreements for transfer between main entry points and destinations.

Status of passengers and their representatives

The client specified in the transport services booking confirmation is the other party to the contract entered into with the contractor designated thereby. If the contract is entered into by a representative or another person acting on behalf of the passenger named in the written confirmation, then that representative or other person is the representative of the passenger.

Booking and payment

Bookings may be made by email or by telephone contact with the company. When a booking is made for two or more people, the person making the booking («lead passenger») is deemed to have made it for themselves and the rest of the group members. That person therefore accepts the contractor's terms and conditions both on their own behalf and on behalf of any group member for whom they are booking.

Bookings may be paid to the company by credit card or bank transfer. Receipt of payment into the company's bank account must be confirmed, in the case of bank transfer, no later than 14 days before the first departure to the specified bank account. After receipt of payment, a written confirmation will be sent by email listing the contracted occupants and all transfer details.

Flight delays

You will be picked up at no extra cost provided you have given the correct flight details in your booking.

The driver will be waiting for you on arrival.

Wheelchairs and other heavy luggage

Folding wheelchairs can normally be carried in the vehicle. We ask passengers who use a wheelchair to specify this when booking. This is essential to ensure the vehicle is suited to their particular needs. We do not offer an attendant service, so please consider whether you need to bring an attendant with you.

Excess luggage: non-folding wheelchairs (with or without motor) and scooters are excluded from transport. Please book suitable transport for these items (e.g. euro taxi).

Booking changes and cancellations

For any booking changes or cancellations, please contact us by email or telephone.

Changes made more than 48 hours before departure will not be charged.

Changes to bookings within 48 hours will be charged at 20% of the price.

Reconfirmation should be agreed by the client with the driver on arrival; for return journey flight time changes or to confirm the client's preferred time, please confirm again by telephone or email.
